We’re excited to have you join MI Lighthouse (“MI Lighthouse,”, “we,”, “us,”, “our”, “Services”). By using MI Lighthouse, you agree to comply with our terms of service (“Terms”). These Terms outline your use of our Services.

REGISTERING

In order to have an your account (“Account”) with MI Lighthouse, you must:

• Be invited by an administrator to see a dataset on MI Lighthouse. You must have an existing MI Start Map account to the MI Start Map private dashboard, as this is how you will log in.
• Be added to the MI Symptoms Data Use Agreement or a Data Use Agreement legally permitting you to see the data you have been granted access to. This legally permits you to view the MI Symptoms or other relevant data in MI Lighthouse.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a MI Lighthouse user:

• You are not permitted to use any private MI Start Map account other than your own
• Your Account must not be used by anyone other than yourself
• You are not permitted to share any data provided by our Services with unregistered individuals
• If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact covid-dashboard@umich.edu immediately

TERMINATION

You are free to stop using MI Lighthouse at any time. If you wish to terminate your Account, contact covid-dashboard@umich.edu.
Failure to adhere to our Terms may result in the termination of your Account. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to terminate or suspend your Account without notice.

DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICES

We may decide to discontinue Services at some point. You may not be notified prior to this occurring.

TERM CHANGES

These terms may be updated from time to time. We will post the date our policy was last updated at the top of this page.You are agreeing to be bound by the terms as they are modified from time to time. You will be notified when any changes are made.
